The rooms here are very clean and spacious, including a sofa bed and a spa bath.

Ehen looking for a king suite with sofa bed the pictures lead me to believe that there was a wall between the rooms but it wasn't

Just that the suite rooms didnt have a wallpaper separating them

Location close to downtown and close to the interstate

The location here is great, being very close to points of interest like the Colonial Life Arena, Fort Jackson, stores, gas stations, and the interstate.

Restaurant locations not handy. Map at front desk would be helpful for restaurant locations

i only stayed 1 night due to a mix up with reservation. so i left and got a better stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean and spacious with separate bedrooms, a sofa bed, and the check-in process was fast.

The bed was very comfortable

Did not like the room set up the rail in the room can be removed and the eggs need to be real not fake.

the paint was pilling in the bathrooms and i seen small bugs in the bathroom the pool was dirty and had clothes floating in the water

We stayed here for one night and had a great sleep in the queen room with separate bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed.

The complimentary breakfast was ok. The staff was nice.

This was possibly the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in and trust me, as military veterans and frequent travelers, there have been many! Two of the worst nights ever as we got little to no sleep; not worth the $$$ we paid to stay there.

The room, especially the bed, was fabulous!

T'he breakfast bar closed at 0930 so I had to go to Shoney's.

This place was incredibly beautiful and fantastic, located conveniently close to everything, offering delicious meals and a wide range of options to choose from.

The hotel was convenient to everything we needed to visit.

I like an abundance of towels. They appeared to be skimpy on towels.

For the most part everything. Especially knowing that everyone that was there were parents and family of soldiers about to graduate. We had a great time.

They offered free waffles from 9pm to midnight. We went so excited to get the waffles around 9:30pm and the receptionist tried to make them. The machine was not turned on 40 mins after it was supposed to be on. The lady turned it on and we had to wait for it to heat up. When it finally got hot, the bag of pancake mix she put in it was empty so we had to wait more. And after we got the bag changed, the machine wasn't working properly. Then we left, annoyed and hungry to the Waffle House across the parking lot... Yummy! :)
